Loads of Rangers fans have been discussing which striker Steven Gerrard should sign, and a whopping 70 per cent of fans have backed a move for Tammy Abraham. The links to Dominic Solanke been popping up all summer, and The Scottish Sun reported recently that the Gers are still interested in the Liverpool striker. The 20 year-old has done exceptionally well through the England youth ranks, but it took until the final day of last season for him to grab his first Premier League goal, after 21 showings for Liverpool. The Gers already have a talented youngster who tends to be a bit wasteful in Alfredo Morelos, and Gerrard is definitely chasing another striker, proved by last week’s interest in Kyle Lafferty. Plenty of fans want a complete change of direction though, voting overwhelmingly for a loan swoop for Chelsea’s Abraham. The lanky youngster scored 23 Championship goals on loan at Bristol City as a teenager, and is unlikely to get many first team opportunities at Stamford Bridge. 70 per cent of fans said they would prefer him to Solanke, and you can find the full poll results down below…
