STEVEN NAISMITH admits he hopes Kyle Lafferty will stay at Hearts. The Jambos striker was the subject of a £200k bid from Rangers this Friday and he was left on the bench as Craig Levein’s side secured a Betfred Cup last 16 spot today. When asked by BT Sport if he would be disappointed to see him go, he said: “I think so. “He’s a big character around the place but also he’s a good footballer. “He scored a lot of goals last season and probably this season is one he needs to go again because there’s competition for places.
