Livingston confirm Kenny Miller’s time as player-manager is OVER after ex-Rangers star quit after just seven weeks in charge


LIVINGSTON have now confirmed that Kenny Miller’s short tenure as player-manager is OVER. SunSport Online exclusively revealed last night that the former Rangers star had quit the Premiership new boys after just seven weeks in charge. In a statement on their website, they said: “Livingston Football Club has been in discussions over the weekend with Kenny Miller and his representatives. “The club felt that the player-manager role wasn’t working and had requested that Kenny reverted to the full-time manager’s role. “Kenny however feels that he isn’t ready to give up his football career at this time. And he brought in several new signings as he guided Livingston through the Betfred Cup group stage. Miller then played in the side’s opening two league games against Celtic.
