Now, Gerrard could turn his attention to Bournemouth with the Sunday Mail claiming he’s targeting a loan deal for Simpson, 21. The centre-back is highly rated at the Vitality Stadium and became the first academy player to start for the club in the top flight since their promotion in 2015.
