Rangers goalie Wes Foderingham admits it has been difficult playing second fiddle to Allan McGregor


WES FODERINGHAM admits it has been difficult watching from the sidelines after losing the No1 jersey to Allan McGregor. The Gers goalie was handed a recall by boss Steven Gerrard in today’s 3-1 win over Kilmarnock at Rugby Park. Wes Foderingham was back in between the sticks against KilmarnockWillie Vass Foderingham made the most of his rare appearance by turning in an impressive display, brilliantly saving Chris Burke’s awkward first-half free-kick. But with summer signing McGregor now the Ibrox club’s first choice keeper, Foderingham concedes he must play the waiting game as he battles for a place between the sticks. Asked about his lack of action, he told BT Sport: “It’s difficult.
