
RANGERS new boy Borna Barisic admits he can’t believe how good Steven Gerrard is as a manager and admits he’s loving life at Ibrox. The full-back was snapped up by Gerrard after his impressive displays for Osijek in the Europa League ties against Rangers. Barisic has been a hit with Gers fansPA:Press Association And he was handed an international recall this week for the World Cup runners-up in their matches against Portugal and Spain. Now Barisic has praised Gerrard’s role since his arrival in Glasgow. He said: “In every training session, I feel like I am in a dream. And the manager – the famous Steven Gerrard – has helped me adjust to my new club. “He talks a lot to me and explains what he sees in the game and what he wants me to do. The defender called his boss ‘the famous Steven Gerrard’Willie Vass “Even sometimes when his English is too fast for me, he will slow down and patiently explain things to me. “He is an outstanding coach, very charismatic and has a great personality. “The Scottish League is more physical than the Croatian League, but I am in excellent physical condition.
