Sky Sports reported this week that Rangers had received, and rejected, an offer from Bordeaux for striker Alfredo Morelos. It was a normal ‘understands’ piece from the broadcaster and as the below tweet says, having rebuffed their pathetic reported bid of £3.75million, for some reason we remained in negotiations with them. I wouldn’t expect anything to come of this, we’re already looking for another body up front to give us greater depth, so I fail to see why we’d sell this late in the transfer window and give ourselves further complications and it seems that many fans on social media were equally as happy to ignore this rumour.
